and never great any way using Balinese for Good morning, afternoon, evening etc, even the uneducated people think this means you a very low class and unsophisticated, always use Indonesian for greetings, so Selamat Pagi etc. I actually know many old ladies who believe that Selamat Pagi, Siang etc is Balinese (they say they can't speak Indonesian as they never went to school but don't realize they actually are a lot of the time).
