I can't say I've heard of it or seen it in Bali but if it is just coffee flavoured with coconut, as the name suggests, then I doubt it would be a problem - just declare it.
Normal Balinese coffee is fine to bring home. Kopi Luwak is restricted because it's been through the digestive tract of an animal. There's potential health risks if it hasn't been processed correctly, I believe.
I've had no problems bringing back coffee from Bali. The only other thing that may cause concern is some of the sachet coffees that you can get may contain milk products, so they won't get through. Some have non-dairy creamer and they are ok.
