Arabica is only grown by a few farmers in Bali, most coffee plantations in Bali changed from Arabica to Robusta about 30 to 40 years ago.
Almost all the bags of coffee in supermarkets, epecially the very dark roasted, finely ground stuff, is Robusta. The standard Balinese Robusta is fine when drunk the way the Balinese drink it, like turkish or greek coffee, but isn't the best for other uses (espresso, etc) and is shocking in a siphon or drip filter.
You may find Arabica if you look carefully among the bags on supermarket shelves, otherwise visit some of the plantations near Kintamani - Arabica is naturally a highland plant and struggles to produce good coffee below about 800m altitude in the tropics.
