I have only been to Gili Trawangan. Although the boys would have fun swimming and snorkeling and hire bikes to ride around on, i wouldn't like to spend too much time there with kids, the only other thing to do would be to mix with the island kids or watch movies by the beach. Do a google search on the gili's and things to do in Bali.
