The Gilis and kids

I have a friend about to spend several weeks in Bali with a fair bit of travelling around to other islands. We were wondering if the any of the Gilis would be very entertaining for her sons all aged 9 and under. Or are there any other suggestions for the kids apart from Waterbom, Safari Park etc. Thanks!
