I did a morning class, since I had friends with me who had never done a class or been to a morning market before. The class size was pretty big but we still got as hands on as we wanted during the prep and cooking. They added 3 or 4 extra dishes to the day's menu and everyone got a chance to grind pastes, mix, stuff banana leaves, cook etc if they wanted.
