We had, I think, 22 in our class and still everyone who wanted to, got a go at something. Perhaps the time frame indicated is based on more people being involved, and so everything takes longer?

I've never done a cooking class that was 100% hands on, but then I've never been to the really pricey ones either. Most are a combination of demonstration and participation from what I've seen. The Casa Luna one had zero hands on and was so crowded you couldn't even see what was supposedly being demonstrated. Total waste of time and money.

Was a pretty long day though, from what I remember. I don't recall what time we were settling up the bill but it wasn't midday, that's for sure. Maybe you were all just too efficient. :)
