...you are all actively contributing to the degradation of the Island's environment and infrastructure, and you all think it's sad. Now THAT'S sad. Instead of appreciating what you found there, everyone wanted it to be more and more like home: inside; airco, DVD players, flushing toilets, hot water, refregirators etc.; outside, Bali for you to pass thru and look at from the airco transport.
Have you ever stood in a sawah and had a helicopter fly over your head at low altitude? Do you know what a sawah is?? I'm sure the people on board are ooh-ing and ahh-ing, but lets face it, IT STINKS of exhaust fumes, and the noise is deafening.

So, just enjoy yourselves, stop complaining, when the island finally falls apart trying to meet the increasing demands of tourists, there's always Phuket, Cambodia, Viet Nam, and Richard Branson will soon be developing the Moon.

Think of solutions, or else stop whining. And yes, The Balinese are doing their fair share of ruining their island, but at least it's still THEIR island.

Happy Holidays, everyone.
