I truly know your pain (and mortification) with this one and wonder if perhaps we should have some rules on the do's and dont's of having the boosies massaged?? As you say, you can't smile in case they think that you're liking it a bit too much; and playing dead takes far too much effort when you're so desperately wanting to enjoy every moment of the massage.
Any tips would be good - I'm heading over to Bali in 3 weeks and I just know that the boosies are going to be massaged within an inch of their lives!!
