...on Jalan Raya, right across the street from Casa Luna, a very reliable money changer. The further away you get from the center of town, the worst the exchange rate. Also, rates can vary slightly (sometimes not so slightly) so a bit of shopping won't do any harm. My experienece with this fellow has always been positive.
