Wages when I brought my house was less than $50 a week my House cost 21 thousand. (THAT WAS FOR 3 BED 1 BATH no family room, no patio no insulation no fences no garage/carport, Nothing) Phamplets for a 4 X 2 was 30.000 BASIC no fences, no landscaping NO NOTHING. Far flung suburbs. no synthetic grass no landscaping Plant you own.
Come 2012 wages about 700 a week MIN or 14 times what I Got. That is about 600 thou for your house plus land. There is not too many 4 X 2 houses now near half the 600 thou WITHOUT THE EXTRA's of land etc.
Cut back on the bleeting. Put things into perspective
