Puri Raja or Bali Garden Resort

What do all the forumites think? Puri Raja, Bali Gardens or split the trip and stay at both.. we want to do 2 or 3 night in Ubud so we could split the accommodation. Or do you have another great place. We would really love to stay near the beach next time.
