I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem? I have been to Bali twice & both times have been constipated for the first five days & then on the sixth day an (save the women & children first) avalanche of...
My theories are : The egg station, lack of cereal & wholegrain bread,
Bali toilet shyness or maybe ten Bintangs a day are just not enough.
Leaving for Bali on monday & will definitely be taking some laxatives with me to quell thoughts of drinking the tap water.
