2nd week in March and didn't have any trouble. Sure the crane was working and sometimes they worked at night but we were on the middle floor and didn't have any noise problem. Looked funny sometimes to see this huge crane arm with a guy in a bucket thingy flying thru the air but that is all we noticed. Cheers, Karen
