Illegal or something similar for building sites to work throughout the night for the noise factor with people trying to sleep in nearby hotels?? Surely they would have to stop at say 8pm and not start til 8am? I know this is Bali and their rules on this wouldn't be as enforced as they would be in Aus - but I still cant believe they would get away with making noise all through the night!!
