Is there any wheelchair hire in bali?

I have a family member who would like to go to bali, and she is in her 60s slightly paralised from a stroke, and recently had a heart attack. she is insisting on experiencing bali (i dont blame her) but i do think she shouldnt walk long distances and should use a wheelchair for shopping etc.

Looking at recommending the Bali garden hotel to them and wondering if there is any wheel chair hire places around Kuta or should they bring their own. If they bring their own is there any complications they may face with airlines?

Also does anyone know if mataharis has a lift? or any places that they can go to comfortably with a wheelchair.

I will suggest most of the time to catch taxis from hotel to restaurants etc..

But would love to hear any helpful advice i can pass on.
