There has always been the danger that the attendant does not zero after the fill in front of you, so you end up paying for their fuel too.
The attendant and the driver could share to profit if they use the same place on a regular basis.
I would want a quote inclusive of fuel and driver.
This should be no more than around Rp600K for a day and if you feel additional meals/payments are justified you can make a call.
