Always tell insurance companies what they want to hear when making claims because they will use any fine print they can find and interpret this fine print to their advantage. Look at all the flood victims of late who thought that their properties were covered, fine example of insurance companies looking after themselves and their share holders with policy holders at the bottom of the heap.
