So true, seen two girls on bikes at Kuta Square blocking the traffic deciding which way to go and then when they get up into Pantai St the police are having a blitz pulling over every bike. One of these girls went up on the footpath trying to get pass but the police were too smart for her. I doubt they had a licence.
