I started to help my sponsor child's family during the handover period of HFF. In my case, PSHF picked up exactly where HFF left off; the transition was seamless.
PSHF have been most helpful, professional and efficient. Emails are actioned in a very timely manner, on return emails content is thorough and informative - communication has been great!
My sponsor family's monthly food parcel has been delivered like clockwork for the past three months.
PSHF have helped me with two purchases/project (a smaller and a larger one) for the sponsor family. Both times there has been clear visibility with how PSHF are handling the funds I have sent. I have received regular updates with photos.
I look forward to helping my sponsor child and family well into the future.
