next month. Second time. We love the hotel. Fantastic grounds. Excellent restaurant. Rooms are OK (not excellent but all you need). Breakfast is good, but only if you like pancakes (banana or plain) and eggs. The rest is pretty average. Fortunately we all love pancakes and eggs. They do them however you want.
Great pool area. One for the kids and a separate one for adults only.
Staff at reception can seema little grumpy but the breakfast,pool, bar and restaurant staff are lovely.
Its a GREAT location too. Right on the beach. Close to the main Kuta square. Still walking distance to Poppies Lane.
Ask for a room facing the gardens (not the street). Unless you have a family room. Then it doesnt really matter which way you face.
