The main reason to have a garden facing room is becuase of the street noise. Some of the upper rooms face the street, and althogh it is great to watch the world go by, it can be noisy at night. Not too bad, but not quiet.
Nearly all the family rooms are on the ground floor and you cant hear the noise becuase of the wall. They have a small courtyard with a big wall. So I dont think uit makes much difference which family room you get. I dont think there are any "garden views" from the ground floor. It is just a wall on that side also.
But there are a few Family rooms on the upper levels that face the discovery shopping centre wall. Quite ugly. I have only seeb photos. You look straight out at the wall. But would probaby be quiet?? We rarely use the courtyard/balcony anyway.
