Hey DM. Did it with company called Paddy. They were recommended as being good. They have brouchures available at all the tourist sales places. They were great, all of us were experienced bike riders so they really let us cut-loose in the forrest, loads of water and mud and a totally enjoyable 2 hours in the wonderful Bali scenery.
Seem like a well-known and reputable company. The whole experience was great. Price negotiable for a big group, but list price US$82 with lunch, or US $72 without. Would probably recommend without but take some Bintangs to see you through.
Have done same before with Bali Discovery Tours, this one was a bit more hardcore but both brilliant!!!! Do it and have a great day.
By the way, they pick you up from your hotel as part of the deal, bit of a long drive unfortunately, about 90 mins each way.
