Excellent food handling, very professional, cook speaks very knowledgeably in English right throughout. Prepared everthing ourselves . Ate meals at the end. All food was fantastic .
I think the quality varies a lot in different schools. Perhaps some do it just for the cash. But this one was really a great experience. Have a look at their website for more info.
