interaction from the chef?? Went to a cooking school in January but not much talking from the people cooking and sometimes we didn't even know what was happening, they just continued on without explaining. We did receive receipies but more explaining from them would have been so much better. Also, did you eat the meals as you cooked them or at the end?? This was another thing that bugged me, we ate as we cooked and in the end I just couldn't eat because people had been eating and help cooking without washing hands etc, so how's the hygiene standards??
