If you're only 2 km down the road wouldn't matter. However if you want to shower at airport book into one of the 3 lounges inside the customs area. They cost variously Rp120K to Rp200k (thoughh I may be out of date). They all offer free showers, drinks and a place of comfort away from the hustle.
