help with last day !!! shower & luggage

we are staying at villa in Sanur and on our last day we ahve to be out at 12 due to another booking . Problem is flight isn't till 10pm any suggestion what to do with luggage and if there is showers at AIRPORT . We where offered another villa for 1/2 day but 150 is a bit steepp!! Suggestions would be great , never happened to us before !
