I can vouch for Bumi Sehat. They do fantastic work! If I'm heading to Ubud I pack one suitcase full of baby gear that I get donated from a local op shop. Avoid Bond suits. The clinic is close to the Alam group of hotels but I'm sure they would pick up.
They are ever so appreciative of any donations and will give you a tour of the clinic.. even in rooms where ladies are giving birth!! I had to shield my kids eyes.. hehe.
