The Bumi Sehat Birthing Centre located in Ubud is a fantastic organisation. As well as the birthing centre they support schools. They also have a Youth centre. All donations of books, pencils, clean new/used clothing (newborn to whatever size). Google it and have a look for yourself. I always deliver whatever I take to them in Ubud, but if you contact them beforehand I think they will arrange to pick it up from Kuta/Legian or wherever you are staying.
