NOT to smoke in all areas.
The more confined the better.
Even better if there are young toddlers around to harden their little lungs for the future onslaught.
If any non smokers are spotted huddling in a corner, exhaled smoke should be directed towards them just to remind them that "this is Bali, and smokers rule the roost here".
You will be able to pick up tobacco for your friend no problem.
This one belongs in the same basket as "all on Kuta Beach must cover up in keeping with Muslim values".
It ain't going to happen!!
