Agree with "snoopy" except that there is no "perhaps" that the importance of BTF has been overstated.
If I weren't such a nice fellow I would suggest that to assert that the threat of posting the identity of the alleged wrongdoer on BTF will cause him to fear "his business will go under" is ludicrous.
I doubt if there are many locals who have even heard of BTF much less those terrified of its influence.
