Asians cannot handle complaints in any area. It is your own fault at all times. Have you ever heard of a replament meal or compensation when a meal at a restaurant was really bad? Or when the laundry destroyed your garments? Of course not. It is OK when it happens. Even some tourists think that it is OK, they defend the Balinese and call you Euro trash.

Making noise on a public forum or otherwise will only give you a new problem. The guy or the company will be more than happy to hire a local lawyer and sue you for defamation. He wins and you lose even more. Problem solved, Asian style. If you are lucky, you have left Bali when the sh*t hits the fan.
