I was one of the lucky ones who purchased tickets yesterday for the cheap flights from sydney. My concern is I have a confirmation email but i didn't get my e ticket, I was told to contact help desk on my confirmation of obtaining the flights and the visa payment was accepted. I rang Garuda Syd and they advised me the seats are mine and confirmed but to email gauruda indonesia. Has anyone else had this problem. I am concerned as they haven't emailed back as yet and I assume the e-ticket is required at the airport. Any help appreciated.
