I will always tip when I have a massage which is usually daily. They are so happy to get it may not seem much to us but a lot to them. In the restuarant I will give a tip at the end with the bill as this is shared with all the staff as they all are recognised for what they do. Which is only fair as the cooks put in just as much effort but just aren't seen. If the person serving us is great I will give them a tip to them directly. Usually as we seem to eat around the same area I will often get them special treats cakes, ice creams and they love it and same to the stall holders were we stay often have lollies and as I go by will give them something little but makes them happy.
