from memory the block of rooms over near the lagoon pool has a lift, but i would double check with the hotel.
not sure about the garden rooms i believe these just have stairs.
have stayed at the padma many times, cannot fault it.
beautiful hotel & facilities, wonderful stuff! well worth it!
