We got the $99 for a week deal - but they threw in a 2nd voucher for free, so we had two adjoining rooms for $99. Good sized rooms, though the shower is pretty tiny. Comfy bed, tv, fridge etc.
We found the restaurant was ok and had a lunch and a dinner there. But as jane_n said, there's loads of choices a short walk from the hotel.
We'd already done the local sites the previous year - Tirta Gangga, Tenganan etc, so found Candi Dasa to be a bit boring and only stayed 3 nights and went back to Legian early.
We also never had to sit through the time share talk - it was just never mentioned to us at any point.
$99 for two rooms for 3 nights and breaky included - we were more than happy with that deal.
