Tommy's has booklets with pics of the things they can make. Last June I took a pic of a leather jacket for my sister, along with measurements & it turned out well.

Tommy's does Oroton look-alikes very well. For the bag your Mum wants all you really need to do is give them a picture & measurements of the bag.

Actually, I find that Tommy always has a bag ready made that suits me.
