Cost depends on several things - the quality of leather you require, the quantity, lining, finishings etc.
Pants would use more leather than a jacket or skirt probably. And I guess the leather would need to be stronger (to avoid sagging at knees & derriere).
Tommy's is not cheap by Bali standards. VERY cheap by our standards. You will get a great quality product that will last. The people there know their stuff so be guided by them. There is a Kiwi lady who seems to be the Boss - she is delightful & savvy. Tommy's don't seem to mind how many fittings you need to get the result you want.
Last June I had a jacket made from a pic & measurements for my sister for about $120, fully lined. Friends had 2 jackets & a skirt made &, on collecting them, would've got more if they'd had time, so impressed were they.
