They are offering newly refurbished rooms with A/C, hot water, cable TV and breakfast for prices ranging from 180,000 to 300,000.
I realise the US dollar is now weaker than it was 4 years ago. However in our case we deal mainly with Australians, so we base our room rates against that dollar. Four years ago our room rate of 300,000 was $42 Aud per night. Currently our room rates are 350,000 and this is now $36 Aud.
A villa we have is let out at $150 Aud per night. In early September of last year this was 1,350,000 per night. Currently $150 Aud is 1,450,000 per night.
