The same homestays I visited back 4yrs ago were 1oo,ooo-150,000rp , now prices are quoted as 300,000-375,000rp. So if my math is right, thats 2-3 times more. I was wondering if that movie E,P,Love brought more tourism and they are capitalizing. Prices here in the US have stayed flat or gone down a bit if anything over the past 4 years. Certainly not a 300% increase. I was surprised to see such a dramatic rise in Bali. I hope I'm wrong bloodyron, I would love to have my $$$ go a bit further during my visit this June.
