60 Day Visa Extension Query

With the 60 day Visa application, you have to provide details and evidence of your return flight (In my case Denpasar to Melbourne). But I intend to stay a total of 88 days and will seek a 30 extension to my Visa when I am in Bali. (I'm already have experience in doing this). However, my initial 60 day Visa application will indicate a departure flight 88 days AFTER my arrival.

Will this create any problems with the 60 day Visa Application?
