We also have stayed at Villa Surati and our experience was TOTALLY differnt from yours. Excelllent service upon arrival,,,but then I always recofirm any bookings at least a week prior to arrival, Great driver with a cold bintang or soft drink at airport. The most beautiful house staff who also cooked breakfast and lunch if needed/ Excellent location with a very nice small cafe at front of lane way.Sad to hear about your stay but Im sure this is not normal for this place. We have rebooked early as this place books out quickly
