Hi had same prob started at 3am sat in waiting room 2 hours then tryed to get booking though twice, first time froze then the second they sent me a security code to my phone I tried twice to enter then they would decline!! was soo frustrating as I knew the funds were there to cover, in the end I changed cr card (diff bank) and it went though. next day hubby got a call from their fraud section asking him if he had tried to use his card and asked him to approve. good to know they are watching our backs but couldve missed out if didnt have a second cr card.
