Have done this many times over the years-and no problems. However in November we decide to try a new company. What a night mare. The freight crrier here in Australia is friends with Bali = BSW cargo. They have charged us more than double the wharf handling fees than any other company we have used. They have us over a barrell- pay up what we ask or we charge you $1000 per day storage fees. So we had to pay up to get our goods. Thieving rouges who can barely speak English and they are allowed to do this and can get away with it. We also have copies of documents where they have altered our cubic metres so they have also charged us for fresh air and sunshine- in shipping and freight etc. Such a huge rip off. Do not trust any one. Be so very careful. 9 boxes of our goods arrived smashed beyond recognition and has cost us a fortune. Of course every one is blaming each other and now that they have our money- no one will answer our emails. They have caught us out well and truely....as they have also done to so many people. The sad part is that they don't care and will all keep doing it again. Really- they have no hearts and it is really a very sad ending after a holiday. After 20 visits they can shove their island. I wont go back- I have had enough of being ripped off time after time.
