It would be great to know who NOT to deal with. Is there any way you could go through consumer affairs or the equivilent to get a fair resolution to this? Having 9 boxes broken is disgusting, you paid for those goods and deserve to be compensated for your loss, whoevers problem it is... and especially if they won't answer emails... I had a problem with an overseas company, they wouldn't answer my emails but when consumer affairs got involved and gave me a reference number, presto, i got my money... Good luck!
