CBA says it is an AA requirement. CBA will TRY to delete it but from past experience they can't. I suggested they take it up with AA - yeah, right.
Often we can't be reached by phone or don't have one.
This seems to be a new thing - didn't happen in November when I was booking numerous flights (all by myself!) with AA.
Yep, I know to notify our Bank before travelling. Just would hate to be somewhere wanting to buy a cheap AA flight & being unable to because of this new silly sms thing.
I will persevere.
