gday we fly cns to darwin to denpasar at least 4 times every year. no problems at all (there are 2 options on some days) cns to dwn 1245 then dwn - denpasar i think oneoption is 4pm then second flight is 7.40 pm with the 4 pm you need to check all the way through to denpasar or you will not have enough time to clear customs. flights need to be booked seperately but, or jetstar will automatically change your flight to the later one.
If you do have the 5 hour wait only check in to darwin then re check in. if you check all the way they wont allow you to leave the international waiting lounge and close everything up for 3 hrs inbetween I mean they close coffee shop n duty free so yep your locked in a room. any more questions just ask enjoy!
