Leave early as it can get hot and tiring pretty quickly.
My favourites in Sanur were
Tootsies
Girya Santrian lunch
Walk along the beach path
Go for a swim - lots of kids were swimming near the Scoot boat departure point or ask one of the hotels if they have a pool day rate.
Hardys
Hire a driver so you can also go to the
Orchid garden
or the The Turtle Conservation and Education Centre.
You could also organise a trip to Dolphin Lodge and have a close encounter with a dolphin.
I believe there is also a place where you can taste the legendary lawak coffee.
