was, surprisingly, at the restaurant to the left of Sugar Mammas(?)as you face the beach, at Discovery.
Breakfast at La L's didn't disappoint, nor did Brunch at Boneka, Biku Tea House, or Pearl. Tulip was good and bad, depending on what you ordered. But these are all at the pricier end of the market.
I had the dips and pita at Seaside, which were excellent - but as for the vile green drink they served me? Yuk! Dinner at Tekor wasn't up to scratch, but I reckon Tekor does breakfast best. Waroeng Asia's Tom Kah Gai was excellent, as usual, but the next time I ate there, I was very ill the next day and decided I wouldn't go back again. WA's new restaurant Sang Ria varies between bland and good.
What a shame about your dining experiences. What were your best meals?
