We stayed 4 nights at Tjampuhan last February and are returning again in 6 weeks. Tjampuhan is in a breathtakingly beautiful position, it is like being in a rainforest. It is very peaceful being a 10 minute walk from the hussle of Ubud but they do have a shuttle leaving every hour for free. The bathrooms were a little dated but are ok. We loved it. Had everything we wanted and staff very friendly. I would suggest hiring a driver also, those roads are a nightmare, well worth the 400,000 per day. We use Nyoman Adnyana, lovely guy.
